The polyiso industry and its trade association the Polyisocyanurate Insulation Manufacturers Association work with the National Roofing Contractors Association and other industry partners to provide useful and consistent information about roofs, energy efficiency and the environment to building owners, designers and consultants. One program the industry supports is the SpecRight Program which educates roofing professionals and end users about the long-term savings of properly designed and installed roofs and provides the latest information about sustainable, environmentally responsive and energy-efficient roof systems.  The Program stresses the importance of proper design, quality materials, proper installation and ongoing maintenance.
